The Kaweco SUPRA Fountain Pen is brand new to the Kaweco family!
Its design is similar to the Kaweco Liliput however, it is a giant in comparison. The unique feature is that there is a connecting piece included that extends the fountain pen by 3 cm. This can be removed if a shorter pocket-size pen is preferred. Included, it transforms the pen into a full-size pen. A full-size fountain pen when you need one and a short pocket pen when that is what you need: the Kaweco Supra is two pens in one!
The innovative Kaweco Supra can literally shapeshift. A standard-sized pen at first glance, this ingenious fountain pen has a removable central piece allowing it to be condensed into a small-scale portable writing instrument. The interchangeable design allows you to personalise the size and weight for your specific needs. The pen has a modern and aesthetically stylish appearance with a black surface in a noble brushed look. With a CNC-turned aluminium base and an anodized finish, the fountain pen is exceptionally durable and scratch-resistant.
This nifty addition also allows for a wider variety of options in terms of ink cartridges and converters. At full length, the pen can hold a standard international converter, or one standard international long ink cartridge (or two standard international short cartridges). At its shorter length, it holds a single standard international short cartridge. The pen cap can also be securely posted should one desire to do so.
The nib is large, and made from stainless steel – not interchangeable as with most other Kaweco pens, but it is still a screw-in nib unit for easy replacing if you ever need to. This pen shares the same nib with the Kaweco Original 250.
This pen is also embellished with beautiful Kaweco engraving and is shipped in a beautiful tin.
