Enjoy Fredrix 100% Cotton Artist Watercolor Canvas with the added convenience of a paper pad. This Genuine Artist Acrylic Primed Cotton Canvas is perfect for studies, classes, and workshops. The canvas combines the texture of natural, woven fabric with a specially formulated gesso designed for all water-based paints.  It is versatile and durable, and will not tear like paper. You can lightly lift out pigment or completely wash out your painting surface without damaging the canvas surface. Very portable, these canvas pads are perfect for travel, workshops, and Plein air painting!

Perfect for stretching over stretcher bars, mounting for display or matting and framing under glass. A versatile option for watercolours, watercolour sticks, acrylics, inks, paint markers, permanent markers and spray paints.

Staple or mount the canvas sheets to a hard, board surface before painting.

• Double-primed with an acid-free acrylic titanium gesso.

Tip: Ten minutes before you paint, wipe down (firmly) the entire surface of the canvas with a very wet cloth. This will allow for a more spontaneous transfer of the paint to the canvas.
