Five-piece professional brush set flats. Long handle Taklon synthetic hair.
Fine synthetic brush with medium stiffness.
High-quality synthetic brushes are commonly used for oil and acrylic painting or other water-based techniques since the brushes have both fine structure & strength. Long handle brushes are more suitable for use working at an easel, where the artist will be standing away from the painting.
Brushes are normally protected by a light lay_er of starch or gum to protect their bristles when in transport. Remove by lightly rubbing brush hairs against your hand or in between your fingers.
Round Pointed Brush: Best For Creating fine lines on detailed artworks. Varying the pressure and technique can create a variety of stroke types.
Flat Brushes: Best For Broad strokes of colour, filling in large areas, large washes and creating thick stripes.
