Blackwing Volume 7 – Chuck Jones Animation
Paying homage to legendary animator Chuck Jones, the Blackwing Volume 7 celebrates the creative genius behind Looney Tunes classics. Designed with an animation-inspired red-orange barrel, black ferrule, and vibrant orange eraser, this pencil captures the playful energy of Jones’s work, while featuring a balanced graphite core. Each set of 12 pencils comes with six different designs. When stacked side by side and viewed through the included viewfinder, the pencils combine to become a seven frame “picket fence animation” of Chuck Jones’ iconic Wile E. Coyote.
Blackwing Volume 71 – Frank Lloyd Wright
Inspired by one of the greatest architects of all time, the Blackwing Volume 71 honours Frank Lloyd Wright and his iconic stained glass window designs. The barrel features a stunning geometric pattern reminiscent of Wright’s Prairie-style art glass, paired with a balanced graphite core for smooth writing and sketching.
Blackwing Volume 140 – Culinary Arts
The Blackwing 140 is a tribute to this incredible transformation and the culinary arts it fuels. There’s a moment in every kitchen when time and temperature do something magical. At approximately 140 degrees, a series of complex new compounds are created that transform food into an art form. Each stainless steel-coloured pencil includes a versatile balanced graphite core that can be used for jotting down ingredients or sketching your plating ideas.
Blackwing Volume 292 – Keith Haring
Inspired by Keith Haring’s vision of making art accessible to everyone, the set reflects his legacy of murals, sculptures, and community projects, as well as his Pop Shop in New York, which brought his work to a wider audience. This collection celebrates his belief that art should be shared beyond galleries and museums. Each pencil features Keith Haring’s iconic dancing figures alongside smooth, balanced graphite core.
Blackwing Eras – 2022
A tribute to Blackwing’s storied past, the Blackwing Eras (2022 Edition) reimagines classic Blackwing designs with a vintage touch. Featuring a retro-inspired grey barrel, gold ferrule, and firm graphite, this edition balances nostalgia with modern craftsmanship, making it a must-have for collectors and long-time Blackwing fans.
