Usually, you will receive your order within 5-8 working days but it can take slightly longer (or it can be even quicker!) Shipping times are based on product status and sometimes things are beyond our control. Delivery times are estimations and it is hard to guarantee exact delivery times. After your order has been processed and it is ready to ship – we will notify you with the details and advise when you can expect your very special package!
Currently, our couriers don’t deliver after hours, during weekends or on public holidays.

Paper Handling Surcharge Fee of R85
A handling surcharge of R85 will be applied to all orders that include loose sheets of paper, mountboards, or films. This applies to both individual sheets and packs of loose sheets larger than A3 size (29.7cm x 42cm). This surcharge covers the cost of additional Masonite board and other protective packaging materials needed to ensure your paper arrives in perfect condition. We do not apply this charge to make any additional profit—it is solely to cover the cost of the extra packaging required to protect your order during transit.
Only one surcharge will be applied per order, no matter how many different sheets you purchase. This allows you to mix and match a variety of paper types and sizes without incurring multiple handling fees.
