Designed for learning, practising, and tracing, the pad includes guidance for popular Latin calligraphy styles including Rustic Capitals, Uncial, Carolingian, Gothic, Chancery Hand, Round Hand, and the ever-popular Copperplate script. The smooth, cream-coloured Clairefontaine paper is acid free and pH neutral, offering an exceptionally pleasant writing surface for dip pens, fountain pens, reed pens, and calligraphy inks. Its 85gsm weight handles ink beautifully with minimal bleed-through, making it ideal for testing different nibs, inks, and lettering techniques.
