Daler Rowney Damar Varnish is a removable picture varnish is used to improve adhesion when fresh oil colour is applied to a dry painting. When applied thinly Damar Varnish will give a low gloss finish.

Daler Rowney Damar Varnish dries hard and clear within a few hours. It can be removed with Turpentine or White Spirit and is recommended to use as a temporary varnish for exhibition purposes.
