Usage Instructions:

  1. Empty the Pen: Fully expel any remaining ink. Remove cartridges or converters, or operate the piston/vacuum mechanism to empty the reservoir.

  2. Prepare the Solution: Shake the Fountain Pen Ink Flush bottle well. Pour a small amount into a clean container—just enough to submerge the nib section.

  3. Soak the Nib: Submerge the nib and feed in the solution for 10–15 minutes to break down dried ink deposits.

  4. Flush the System: Draw the cleaning solution into the pen and expel it using your converter, piston, or vacuum mechanism. Repeat until the liquid runs completely clear.

  5. Rinse Thoroughly: Flush the pen repeatedly with distilled water to remove all traces of the cleaning solution until the rinsed water is clear.

  6. Dry Completely: Gently pat the nib dry with a soft cloth. Leave the pen disassembled to air dry fully before reassembling or refilling.

Maintenance Tip: Clean your fountain pens monthly or whenever switching ink colours to prevent clogs and ensure optimal performance.

Ingredients: Ammonia, Isopropyl Alcohol, Surfactants, Anti-foaming Agents, Antimicrobial Preservative.
