Created by Tom’s Studio in-house artist Alice to accompany the Notes From Nature collection, the Sakura Mini Ink Collection brings together six exclusive fountain pen inks inspired by the colours she found herself reaching for while painting flowers, seed heads and garden treasures. Inside are six custom-mixed shades: Blossom, Geum, Eucalyptus, Cosmos, Geranium and Yarrow , a painterly palette of soft florals, vibrant blooms and fresh botanical tones designed to work beautifully together.

These are the exact colours featured throughout Alice’s accompanying Notes From Nature digital guide, making it easy to follow along, experiment with colour mixing, or simply bring a little of the outdoors onto the page.

Every box is hand-painted by the Tom’s Studio team, meaning no two boxes are alike — each one a small piece of art in its own right, and packaging worth keeping.

Water-based, vegan, UK-made and fountain-pen friendly, these minis are made for mixing, layering and discovering new favourite colours. Each bottle holds 5ml of ink in a dinky glass bottle with a pipette for easy, mess-free application. Bottle dimensions: 62mm height with lid, 16mm diameter at the base. The outer packaging measures 20mm height, 160mm length and 112mm width.

Fountain pen inks are highly layerable, allowing depth and intensity to be built by applying more or less ink to the page. Please note the colour shown on the label may not perfectly represent the colour achieved with different pens or techniques. Because the ink has such concentrated colour, it can be diluted with a small amount of water (ideally distilled) to create watercolour-like washes and depth of colour.
