RGM’s New Age Pastrello Line is a range of palette knives manufactured together with artist Franco Pastrello who personally tested and modified them to improve their functionality so that the whole world can now appreciate this new “soft” palette knife technique. The narrow blades feature a fine point tip that provides you with the utmost flexibility and the precision to render minute details.

These painting tools are characterized by special electrolytic rustproof protection that optimizes the functionality of the palette knife and the spreadability of the colour. The special, water-resistant,  mirror steel blade, ergonomic wood handles and brass ferrule with excellent spring allow more flexibility while applying paint and great strength when mixing on the palette. These are excellent for painting and mixing, great for impasto and other techniques with oil and acrylic colour, and ideal for compositions that include grass, hair, flowing forms, and delicate patterns or specs of light.

Please note: To ensure the palette knife enjoys a long life it is advisable to clean the blade with a dry cloth and store it at a safe distance from damp places.
