The Speedball Professional Brayer is the product of two years of consumer testing and development, engineered for professional environments and a redefined studio essential for every serious printmaker. The lightweight aluminium core keeps things agile, while the powder-coated aluminium frame brings industrial strength built to last through countless print runs.

The 35 to 40D Buna Nitrile roller is firm enough for precision and soft enough for buttery ink distribution. Spherical bearings deliver quiet, fluid movement with reduced friction for smoother rolling application. Stainless-steel thumbscrews allow for quick, tool-free assembly and disassembly, minimising risk of fastener damage from overtightening. The built-in stand makes storage clean, easy and fast between print runs.

These brayers are a great fit for all relief, monotype, and mixed printmaking techniques and can be used with all water-soluble, water-washable oil-based, oil-based, and soy oil-based inks. They are easily disassembled and reassembled for easy cleaning and can be used with any preferred cleaning agent.
