The Water-Soluble Block Printing Retarder is used with Speedball Water-Soluble Block Printing Ink. This product slows the ink’s drying time while maintaining viscosity. Mix with Speedball Water-Soluble Block Printing and extend your working time when creating bigger or more intricate relief prints. Simply apply a small amount of ink to the base and thoroughly mix for the best result.
