Azariah –
I was surprised with the quality of this student paint. It is not as thick as other student paints, which indicates a lesser quantity of fillers. I especially like the fact that they have a large range of single pigment colours. It makes mixing colours more predictable and gives a brighter colour, instead of mud. This student range boast a genuine cadmium range, without adding other ‘hue’ pigments. The tubes are bigger and therefore lasts longer. It might be a bit expensive in comparison with other student paints, but it is a larger tube, and you are paying for above mentioned attributes. I would recommend this paint, which is made by the same manufacturer as Rembrandt oils.
