The Caran D’Ache Neocolor II Watersoluble Wax Oil Pastels for artists and illustrators are ideal for dry or wet use with watercolour effects.

Their vibrancy, creaminess and ease of use make them super versatile. You can create great visual effects by sketching, blending and using the colour wet or dry. The strong pigment readily dissolves when brushed with water and the colours stay strong on various surfaces such as journals, sketchbooks, watercolour paper, canvas and more. They are easy to transport and are everything you would need when out and about and sketch on the go. Applications: Various techniques possible – use it to draw wet or dry, rainbow techniques, stencilling, steel engraving, impregnation, watercolour, colour blocks, wash drawings and washes.
