Description

The ZIG Masking Writer Marker by Kuretake is a water-based masking marker designed for illustration, watercolour, and calligraphy techniques. It allows artists to mask areas they want to keep unpainted while applying colour over the surface. Once the artwork is dry, the masking layer can be removed to reveal preserved highlights and details underneath.

The range includes different nib options for various applications. The 1mm round nib is suited to precise and delicate lines, the 2mm round nib is designed for more general work, and the 3mm chisel nib is intended for larger masked areas and calligraphy applications. Each marker is supplied with a replacement nib attached to the cap.
