The Portable Painter is a hands-free watercolour palette with two detachable water-containers, two folding palette areas and space for 12 half-pans, which can be folded securely down and stowed inside a bag, handbag or pocket. It comes with a double-tipped synthetic brush, the finer end of which can be inverted and stored securely inside the handle.

When it is unfolded, the Portable Painter stands upright upon its two water-pots, which provide balance and a low center of gravity. It can be set up on any flat surface or placed with one water-pot on either side of the painter’s knee. Once you are finished painting, the water containers convert into an outer case which fastens tight, ready for travel.
