Sharpening leads is not just for wood clad pencils. Sharpen the fine leads of your mechanical and clutch pencils with this handy tool. Available as a single or dual blade sharpener.

The single blade sharpener is small enough, and with a hole to even mount it on a keyring, so you can take it anywhere! It consists of just the fine blade and an ergonomic holder to rest your thumb on for a firmer grip as its body is quite flat and compact. It doesn’t have a reservoir for shavings, though, so use it outdoors or over a garbage can.

The double blade sharpener has a bit more robust design equipped with ‘n blade each for 2 different lead diameters and an attached waste box to catch the shavings. The clear plastic lid is easy to remove, making the cleaning of the sharpener hassle-free, and it is ribbed for a comfortable grip.

Since the blade in this tool only touches graphite, it lasts longer than ordinary pencil sharpeners. It is, however, still recommended to replace the blades regularly for the best results, especially if you were to sharpen chalk-based leads.
