NEOCOLOR™ I pastels feature a smooth, creamy texture that delivers vibrant, highly opaque colour with excellent lightfastness. Their water-resistant formulation makes them suitable for dry applications across numerous surfaces such as paper, cardboard, wood, glass, leather, fabric, and even stone. They can also be used with turpentine for additional effects or applied in encaustic techniques on heated surfaces.
